Keno welcomed us warmly and was helpful in so many ways, even helping us book Thai massage. EV charging was also possible with surcharge of 14.40 for 20KW. Transportation card provided free for easy travels. Nearby park and shops nearby. Train station is walking distance too. Prefect place with dedicated staff. Housekeeping was top notch too.

Very friendly and warm service from every single staff member. Beautifully built hotel with alpine views all around with an amazing outdoor pool and cosy spa areas for lounging in. Well worth the nightly rate if you make use of the facilities. Each room also has its own tap of fresh alpine water for drinking. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in for a treat. Excellent amenities and great breakfast

Comfortable room and hotel, friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very close to the bus and train stations. I ended up extending my stay to visit more sights nearby.

Next to the golden roof. Plenty of Shopping & restaurants. Walking distance to Ins River. Breakfast was excellent

Beautiful lake view at Neuschwanstein. More touching part is the hotel manager arranged a surprised birthday table for me when we went down for breakfast in the cafe; Walter warmly greet me at the cafe entrance! The dinner a day ago was great too, good steak and atmosphere. This hotel is a classic, good-class collection with 5 star renovation.

Great hotel in prime location! The bus station to Neuschwanstein castle is a 2 min walk away, and you can also walk to Lake Alpsee in about 5 minutes. We got a free upgrade to a big and spacious room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfast menu has a big variety and is tasty too. Definitely recommend this hotel when you’re visiting Neuschwanstein castle.
