"Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production. Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded. We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun. We will be back"

"Romantik Hotel Reichshof is a very beautiful hotel conveniently located near shopping, dining, and the North Sea recreation area of Norddeich!! "Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, allerdings war das Bett schon sehr stark abgenutzt und das Leder sehr stark verschlissen. Unglücklich war, dass das Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht sauber gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Es gab im Doppelzimmer nur ein Ersatzkopfkissen - die bezogenen waren viel zu klein. Es dauerte etwas länger, bis das schlecht Deutsch sprechende Personal verstand, dass ich neue Handtücher haben wollte - ein Ersatzkopfkissen gab es leider nicht, dafür eine Rolle...

"I stayed here for two days with my family. It's a little far from the station, but it's well-connected to the city. The facilities are new and clean. We had some trouble with our reservation, but the front desk staff was able to help us out. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back."

"This was a business trip and the room I had was large, the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel is located in a reasonably central location. The room was clean, although it wasn’t serviced over my three day period because that needed to be requested. There was no fridge in the room which I think is an omission. The breakfast was adequate and gave a reasonable selection."
