"Staff was great. Shuttle was a life saver and worth the money. The shampoo and body wash in the shower would not dispense. King bed very comfortable. Glad there was a safe to use in the room. AV in room worked well. 7th floor at elevators the wall paper was healing away from wall by the buttons. ..."

"An event was occurring in the ballroom right above our room. It was after 9 pm and the room was bouncing and creaking with the dancing and hopping up and down, enough to feel like motion sickness. We requested to be moved and the staff person said they were fully booked, and was rude about the situation. ..."
