I've stayed here a few times. It's a nice place if you have a dog. It's over-priced for what it is, but it is in a nice setting and it's comfortable.

Very quaint. Staff is very friendly and genuinely care about your stay. Very quiet, peaceful here. This was a first stay in the area, and I like the quiet as opposed to the hustle of the big chain motels. Very conveniently located.

People were very friendly! Room was very clean and smelled clean. Only issue i had was the light in room flickered very badly and when the heat would turn on there was a loud bang. Happened about every 2 hrs. Overall you can't beat the price! Very nice play to stay!

Could park very close to room. I have bad knees; and it was only 6 steps from room to truck. Refrige and micro-wave were very nice to have.

For a non smoking room it sure did smell like smoke. There were 2 beers in the fridge though when I got there. The factory sealed bag with the coffee pouch in it was already ripped wide open. Other than that it was nice

We had one of the renovated rooms and it was wonderful. Very roomy, king size bed, walk out slider to a wooded courtyard. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Would return and tell friends about it.

This was probably the quietest place ive ever stayed at. The king size bed in our room was so incredibly comfortable that i wanted to take it home. The room was recently updated, except for the shower. But it was cozy and clean. Tammy at the front desk is THE nicest lady, and made our stay stress free.

Although this place is extremely dated, it's very clean. And actually, being dated gives it a sort of charm. It's pet friendly, and great for dogs, as it has a pond in front and plenty of places to walk.

I grew up in West Branch and didn't know this quaint little place existed. I loved it! The room I stayed in was clean, quiet, freshened up, had all necessary amenities and opened to a very nice little clearing with lots of trees and birds chirping. Really captured the up north energy. Close to downtown and the hamburger hill part of West Branch. 10/10.

Beds were not comfortable. Was hard on my bay. There was a smell but it was better after we started the a/c. It was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.

This us such a quaint, convenient little motel. Management is warm and personable. This is a very dated motel, but they're renovating as they can. The rooms in the back have been renovated and have king beds. We stayed in the front. I like these little motels because you can park right in front of your door. The bed and pillows were comfortable, large fridge, and a microwave. My room had a shower/bathtub. The shower isn't fantastic. Although the pressure is adequate, the temperature is affected if someone is using the sink. It also takes a long time to get the temperature regulated. But I would definitely stay here again. Restaurants and Walmart are very close, and it's not far from the interstate. My comment about the gazebo is because it's falling apart and they have it all blocked off for safety.

I stayed at the Tri-Terrace for just one night in May of 2023. The room was clean and the carpet was in good shape. The linens appeared clean and although the motel is old, it was not musty or smelled at all. There is a lot of room for improvements around the property and on the building. The windows and screens need to be replaced. The bathroom in the room really needs a redo. The whole tub unit needs to go. It was not in good repair and the shower head is really low on the wall. Speaking of walls, the wall AC unit ran well, but no matter how hard it tried, the room would not cool down. Best part about my stay was the VERY friendly long haired black cat that patrolled the property. The cat was such a lover, and took all the petting I would give. 🐈‍⬛

the motel is very clean and great access for everything..really enjoyed our stay..only thing i needed was a hair dryer but they dont have any cuz they go missing..otherwise we would stay here again..very peaceful property
