"Parking garage right next to hotel, check in was easy and the service was outstanding. Our room (high floor) wasn't a jaw dropping view, but the room was spacious with a large corner window. All staff were courteous and helpful, only negative was the hotel bar. Drinks were made incorrectly or not made as ordered, but service was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under macys which is self park and half the price of the valet at the hotel. "
