"Breakfast was really good, except they advertise almond milk which was out the duration of our stay and when I inquired about it. Brandon told me he quit ordering the chocolate almond milk because he sees no difference in almond chocolate milk and chocolate milk besides the difference in cost. We are lactose intolerant and we were disappointed in the item being advertised but not even an option anymore. "

"Walked in, the room smelled like fried chicken or something akin to freshly-made fried gas station food. I felt "something" as I walked across the carpet. Done. Literally stayed there for 10 minutes. Because of my tight schedule, I had to leave and book another place while on the road to my meeting. The lady at the front was nice; too bad the property did not meet minimum expectations"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Icon Inn! The building is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning, so we didn't use any of the facilities, but I saw that they were providing breakfast and the kitchen area was very cozy and nice!"

"We stayed at the Inn as we have for the past couple years. This year things felt quite rundown. Both the common areas and the room were not kept up or the cleanest. The room also seemed to degrade in quality. They need to invest some time and effort updating the space and maintaining it."
