"The greeting at check-in was warm and efficient. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were uniformly helpful and cheerful. There was a fire alarm just before check-out, and I was unable to bring my luggage to the ground floor to leave as planned. The maintenance staff went to the 5th floor and brought down my luggage and the personal items that I had left in my room. They were extremely helpful in a difficult situation. I was most grateful for the service."

When we were notified that the hot tub was closed for repair last minute, we replied it was our anniversary and would like to have a bathtub then in our room. As they are hard to get now at most hotels. Quick response was that we were given a free upgrade with a soaker bath tub. Very nice stay and location is perfect downtown close to shopping and the sports center. "
