"What we love: the large suite stocked with everything needed, the sofa beds that are actually comfortable!!!, the complimentary breakfast with great coffee (espresso machine), the free laundry with complimentary soap and dryer sheets!, the location (easy walk to all the downtown sights and restaurants) and lastly, the people (best front office ever!) We’ve stayed here many times now and each stay is like coming home. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else! "

"The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast at Feast + Revel and the hotel’s iconic roof top bar which played great music. In addition, the hotel’s location was perfect in terms of proximity to attractions and restaurants, everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa! "

"Great place. Good housekeeping every day. Spacious upgraded unit. Only unfortunate thing was my room was on the 16th floor but it faced east and the truck noise was very loud from the street which made keeping the windows or balcony door impossible. I would ask for a west-facing room next time. Otherwise great spot. "
