"I did not use the spa or sauna. The employees at the reception are very friendly and professional. There is food and beverages that can be bought at the reception. The room is very nice. The bathroom could use some uplifting, but it is clean. It would be nice if some bottles of water would be added to the fridge as well as some small containers of milk for the coffee. Also, if breakfast was served at the restaurant, it would be a 'plus'. I will go again to this hotel. "

"The hotel is generally good — well located, clean, with all necessary amenities, etc. — but on my recent trip I was placed in a room (615) with a noisy ventilation system that kept me up most of the night. It was so bad in the bedroom at 2am that I moved to sleep on the couch. The next morning there was construction hammering, etc. in the building that began before 7am. I spoke with the reception but was not offered an apology or (even partial) reimbursement. I would suggest checking about these conditions before visiting."

"Clean room with a well appointed kitchenette. Two somewhat uncomfortable chairs face the TV and the bed faces the kitchenette. Made it terrible for watching tv. It’s Roku so no cable. This means no playoff games during playoff season. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast (included) was continental but great variety. Wonderful location, easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Parking at city hall is a good 10 min walk. Be sure to drop your luggage before going to park. "

"The lady at check-in was nice and helpful but the one at check out was not courteous at all. We had arranged for a later check out of noon and when we checked out a bit earlier at 11:30am she was not very nice and instead of asking us if we had a nice stay or at least make a friendly greeting, she said abruptly check out was at 11:00 so I told her we had a late check out as arranged by the previous person in the evening when we got in the night before. She did not apologize and said ok. By the way we checked in the first night late and went to bed but in morning when I jumped in the shower there were no towels! Not great and very disappointed!"
