The employees were very nice the front desk people were absolutely beyond kind..I did have to say the hot tub seemed to be broken the bubbles hardly worked but the pool was very nice ,rooms were very nice bed was fabulous

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa Northwest - Oldsmar by IHG
I noticed carpet in a number of areas including my room, is worn and stained. Carpet needs to be replaced. Sraff were outstanding although I requested a wake up call my last day and never received it.
