"Very nice hotel, in a very convenient location,delicious breakfast, absolutely nothing to complain about. We’ll certainly go back there, when in the area. The only suggestion I’d make would be to add a full size mirror somewhere in the room! "

"Caroline was star as far as customer service. Y'all don't support her. Hopefully she will find a better property to work in the area... Yoyr property initially seems great. But then you let crazy people take over the common area and shout into ththat they should have already disposed of, with people begging for cigarettes. With you or ignoring the rules that the door facing the back lot is locked at 10:00 p.m., yet you never do it.. Maybe it's a fault of upper management. I really think it is. This could be a great place to spend a night or a week but the lack of senior management Lets it or down. Is this a property you want to manage long-term? Or a cut and run venture. Because my experience over the last 8 days indicates that you are targeting the latter... There are so many things wrong with this property, some of which you could address, some of which are based on the building design, like Windows that don't block that noise from lending aircraft. You built a property adjacent to aircraft runways, but you didn't think that triple pane, windows or some others are sound. Sound deadening would be needed. You didn't think that the 5000 W lights in your parking lot might necessitate blinds the apartments you rent? I really expect this feedback to fall on deaf ears. No upfront meant to deaf people. . Just seems that these people are more deaf than thatln deaf... But I doubt any of this will get through to the owners of this property. I have more suggestions, like a hook f"

"The employees were very nice the front desk people were absolutely beyond kind..I did have to say the hot tub seemed to be broken the bubbles hardly worked but the pool was very nice ,rooms were very nice bed was fabulous "

"Clean room. Location was within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. "

"I noticed carpet in a number of areas including my room, is worn and stained. Carpet needs to be replaced. Sraff were outstanding although I requested a wake up call my last day and never received it."
