Do not stay here. The tv in the room wasn’t syncing to my stream service, shower pressure was horrible, coffee in the lobby was not drinkable, older lady at the front desk was rude. All this and they still charge you $45 per day for “resort fee”?!?! What a joke. Never again will I stay here.

Great spot for the young, beautiful, bougie crowd. Obnoxiously overpriced drinks. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Rooftop bar views were awesome. Bar staff on the rooftop need to learn better manners - the guests shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience with a side of snarkiness.

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good

Unfortunately, our family had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. At checkout, my father was unexpectedly told that there was a significant outstanding balance on his account, despite everything having already been paid. He spent approximately 40 minutes at the front desk trying to understand the charges while being spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner in front of other guests.
The most concerning part is that once my father’s assistant intervened, the situation was suddenly resolved within minutes, and the hotel provided a final statement showing a zero balance with no outstanding charges.
This experience was extremely stressful, embarrassing, and unacceptable. A paying guest should never be made to feel as though he has done something wrong without a clear and accurate explanation. We sincerely hope hotel management investigates what happened and ensures that other guests are treated with greater professionalism and respect.
