"Breakfast was cold and tasted old, they used to have free breakfast now you have to $15 extra plus kid $10 Pool didn’t work Rooms were back dated and not that clean No bathroom ventilation"

"My stay at the Hampton Inn in Kingston, NY was slightly above average. The hotel was acceptable overall, but several issues should be addressed. The biggest concern was room security. The deadbolt and swinging door lock did not fully lock, which made the room feel less secure than expected. I also noticed limited staff presence during late-hour check-in, which made it harder to feel supported if an issue came up. Common areas also needed better attention. Unattended children were running wild in the dining area and disrupting other guests, but staff did not appear to step in. Near the pool area, guests left the tile floor wet, but there were no wet floor signs posted, creating a possible slip hazard. Overall, the stay was not terrible, but safety, staff oversight, and guest experience could be improved"
