"We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had to swap rooms due to other guests being a little inconsiderate. First room was very basic but okay for just having somewhere to sleep. The second room was definitely an upgrade, quieter park of the hotel, more space in the room and choices on TV was better. Staff were amazing though out and nothing was too much trouble. Would happily stay here again (on the quieter side) and recommend to family and friends"

"Great place to stay, especially if you are going to the O2 as itโ€™s a really handy location and also easy to find. All the staff we met were friendly, chatty and helpful. The room was exactly what we expected for the price, not 5* star luxury but it was clean, a generous size, had comfy beds and a great view of London from the window. The air con in the room was good, and it was also quite a quiet place to stay considering itโ€™s next to a busy road. Breakfast was also nice- we got there half an hour before it finished and there was still plenty of food left"

"I had a "newer" room at the back of the hotel overlooking my favourite pub, the Beau Nash Tavern. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-appointed. As a new room it was shoe-horned into the existing property so getting to my room was pretty funny as the path from the front desk to it was convoluted in an entertaining sort of way (people enjoyed the video on my Instagram!). I had dinner and breakfast in the dining room, both were excellent too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Very enjoyable one night stay, for the price it was all I could have expected. Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, and breakfast as part of the price made for a good overall impression. There is probably a need for renovation in places but the room was clean and had everything I needed. I would return again if I was in the area, parking was tight, mainly due to the way others had arranged their vehicles."
