"Heat didn’t work in the room, my daughter was cold so I had to call for extra blankets because none in the room. Room was dirty and check-in took over an hour because they only had 2 people working. Kids running/screaming the halls all hours of the night."

"They put me in a room that had yellow stain on the wall no light no tv bath tub look like they got it from a dumpster room had 5 different rugs. It was the most horrible experience ever. I have pictures to back everything up light in the bathroom didn’t work it was full of mold"
