"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. Once in the tub, I discovered that 1 of the jets lacked a cover & was sucking in not shooting water out, resulting in a sore finger. We did love the courtyard, bed was very comfortable & staff friendly & helpful. We're hoping they'll invest in some more careful maintenance soom."

"Spent the night with the family. Location is excellent. Shopping, restaurants and highway within 5 mins drive. The inn is very clean, free parking and free breakfast which was excellent. Also my kids loved the swimming. Excellent stay."

"We rented two rooms. One of the rooms at downstairs was terrible, it smell like someone peed in the room, when we complained they said the carpet was recently shampood, how come a freshly cleaned carpet smells so terrible. Besides the bathroom sink was not draining properly and no hot water flow on the sink. When I requested to change the room the attendant said you can checkout and find other hotel. The whole downstairs had smoking odor even though the section entrance door says "Non-smoking". However, the other room on the 2nd floor was decent."
