The area a little rough.. the ceiling in the bathroom covered in mold, the bar style door was off/ broken hinges.. unfortunately,even though they said there was a spot for Dogs (a fenced area ) ,, other guests were allowed to stay in it all night drinking, smoking & playing cards , while not having any animals & keeping those of us that needed that area desperately, unable to use.. "

"The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio"
