"Customer service was excellent! Shout out to the man working 7/18/26. We checked in around 8pm and we were exhausted after a long day. He was so friendly, welcoming and just super nice to talk to. The hotel was great! Amenities were on point. The kids loved the pool, we even made some new friends while swimming. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! Only recommendation I have is to add more bed pillows or use larger pillows. They were a tad small and made it hard to sleep."
