My experience at Gray Wolf Inn & Suites was disappointing. The outdated facilities and the incessantly running toilet made for a restless night. Additionally, encountering a front desk attendant seemingly under the influence of marijuana was concerning. Furthermore, observing cleaners prioritize elevator use over disabled tenants added to the dissatisfaction. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Michael was great at checking us in and the location was convenient. Close to the West Yellowstone park entrance. The room itself wasn't the cleanest, but i guess most hotels in the area are a bit dated. Would stay again next time due to the proximity to the park.
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and cozy decor. My only negative comment would have to be that our room was only serviced once during our 4 night stay which only included replacing our towels. Bed was not made and things were not restocked.
We asked for a 1st floor room. Was told we couldnt get one because those were reserved for people with pets & there was only 3 left. We checked in at 16:30. There were very little choices for the continental breakfast. We grabbed a cup of juice & went elsewhere to eat.
Great stay but I would keep the hot tub about 4° hotter

The staff was on top of everything. Very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The pool was awesome and so nice to sit and and enjoy time away from home. The smores kits were a hit with the family too!!
My son and I loved our stay here. It was cozy, quiet, clean, and had a great hot tub/pool. The breakfast was more continental than hot, but eating breakfast by the fireplace was lovely.
First Time in the West Yellowstone area went to the Chrisley and wolf Center didn't want to drive back decided to spend the night and the truth be accommodations for okay we spent the evening in the hot tub and the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great will definitely return
Room was specious, clean, bed comfortable, tv worked well, nice frig and microwave, plenty of closet space for coats, decennt bathroom, extra.sink outside bath room, walked to entertainment/activities.
