"First, the virtual key is not an option as their management company doesn’t allow? Then why is it a suggested way to check in? Someone’s dirty towel is hanging in the bathroom. Pubic hair in bathtub! Food and ? coated on the wall by the bed. Was my room even cleaned? Charged additional 25 at check in for incidentals? I would never recommend and this was under “wonderful’ ratings! SMH"
