Showed up to check in and I was told that my room was given away. I was placed in a room with one bed and had 4 people in my party. Waited in the lobby while the guy who was at the front desk - never apologized or made eye contact to explain the problem.
After 30 minutes of trying to figure out what to do, my room suddenly appears and we are given keys. Very unprofessional…
The breakfast lady yelled at me for using a spoon to stir my milk- apparently I was supposed to only use a coffee stirrer.

The entire hallway and reception area smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and throw up. It smelled absolutely disgusting anytime we left our room.
Also, there wasn’t clear signage that the buffet wasn’t included in the meal, so my girlfriend grabbed a single bagel and was handed a bill for $10 saying that it’ll be charged to the room.

I liked the suite, which I prefer over a single room. But the room needed an update. For example, a living room chair had holes. Also, no one cleaned my room.

The rooms did not feel clean. The carpets need a deep cleaning. Turned my white socks black within a few minutes of walking around. The tub has rust stains. The lighting in the bathroom and in the general room is very dim which makes the whole place feel dingy. Would not stay here again.

Staff was great but the building itself needs better maintenance. A lot of things were broken or looked super beat down. Many items were full of rust and bed sheets were torn.

Nice hotel for a simple extended weekend trip. The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a bummer, but my girls loved the pool! Gym looked nice, and there's the option to get snacks at the in-house snack shop. Overall, a good stay.
