Room was clean-Price is very good- staff was nice- Great location - Close to everything - But the Pot smoking was over the top outside. I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time but it makes you think twice about coming back especially if you have kids. I'm not a fan of that.

No charge for pets is HUGE! Thank you for doing that. I will return because of this. Also your prices are very competitive (for Long Island), glad you aren't ripping off customers like some of the hotels in the area are. Location is great, we come to Long Island often and will stay again at your hotel. Room was large and king bed a plus. Room could have been better stocked, toilet paper and facial tissues, but besides that not too bad at all. Check in was very slow, woman took 15 minutes and I was the only person there, but not the end of the world. Thanks for everything, overall, it was good and you have a happy customer.

We stayed for two nights just for sleep; the beds were comfy. We arrived at 12:30 am, and everything was okay with the late check-in. The room had the essentials like a microwave, coffee maker, etc. I just needed the sleepers, but for me, it was more than enough.

It was a great experience. Upon arrival, reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The price was amazing for the excellent quality/size of room and service received. I will definitely book for future trips!

420 smell from outer entrance until room. Hair/pubes in the bathroom as well as painted over hair. Shower drain extremely slow when showering. Sketchy setting. Front receptionist wasn’t friendly. TV didn’t turn on at all. Fire alarm went off at 2am most likely from someone smoking. Was a last minute thing but will never stay in one of these hotels again. Rather sleep in my vehicle. Best experience was checking out.

Took 3 tries to almost get it right. 1st room smelled like mold, 2nd room smelled like sweaty socks and armpits, the 3rd room was better than the other room but with a stopped up sink. I’ll take that over the smell. The female Spanish desk lady was not so nice. She was upset and annoyed that I requested to stay in a clean room smh. The male desk staff was nice and understanding. This place use to be clean and nice. I would have recommended it back in the day but not anymore. If you don’t mind the smell and attitude then go for it.
