"t was a great stay over the New Year holiday. I needed to spend a few days in Hamburg and chose this hotel because of reviews. I am happy that I did. The check in was very swift; I received an email few days prior to my trip, asking to check in online and provide my documents. I complied and got a confirmation. When I have arrived to the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they were able to check me in before the usual time and I di not have to wait. My room was really good, nice view from the window, everything was working a very comfortable bed, a well equipped bathroom, 2 free bottles of water. The breakfast was a great choice of cold and hot food, everything was fresh. It is buffet style, so you won't be hungry. The maid service was great, my room was cleaned properly, towels changed and even got more water bottles. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the metro station ( U1 line) and a local bus station. There are a few supermarkets, including cafes and restaurants. Also the hotel is right in the park, so no noise from the traffic. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. First things first the staff was great! Very friendly and personable. The lobby is beautiful. The room is well equipped with all essentials. The twin beds are a bit narrow but were comfortable for us. The drive to downtown is very doable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"
