"The staff was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel had a friendly safe environment with a beautiful pool area. All staff spoke English very well. The menu selections included Cambodian and North American options which we appreciated. The value for our money was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel."
"Stayed in November. Grand suite was lovely. What really stands out though is the attentiveness and helpful nature of the staff. So welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
For us that included arranging excursions to the temples and also the floating village. For both of these we had an English speaking guide who deserves special mention. Vibol was so passionate and knowledgeable and he also has a very good eye for a photograph, and a knack of snapping us making it look like we were the only ones there! Also special mention to our driver Setha Kong who we used for both trips and was also good enough to wait around for us on other journeys in to town etc. thank you so much! Dave and Carol"
"This is my third time in Siem Reap and this hotel is the best! It is very close to Angkor Wat and the owner and his daughter are super friendly and make sure you have a pleasant stay! The room is huge and the bathroom is even bigger! Finally, after a long day of walking around the temples, the pool is a great way to relax!! I stayed here for 3 nights and I will stay again in the future!! Thank you!!"
