"The hotel was clean, the staff we encountered were very nice and we had no real issues. My only feedback would be to please do something different with the shower. Water pressure was terrible and showering in a clear glass half wall under a spotlight is not what I call a good time. The room can’t even get warm. It wasn’t great. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Also the crooked furniture was a weird design choice."

"The hotel looks like almost new, however, in a couple of areas it was less than perfect comparing to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Less selection at breakfast, noisier bathroom fan and AC. Hence the 4 star rating."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. It was another one night stay but it was great. Room was nice and the beds were comfy. The kitchen in the room is a great idea. If we would've stayed longer it would've been very useful. We learned this time that all you have to do is ask for the utensils, dishware, cookware you need. Tyler helped us upon check in. He is friendly and helpful. This place needs to make sure they keep him. His customer service is top notch!"

"The room was very clean and fresh including the shower. A bit more prominate signage would have been helpful to guide you around all the hallways. Rooftop lounge was superb as was the staff up there, very polite and helpful. Loved the sweet little birds, would like to see them in a bigger enclosure with more resting places and some greenery. Thank you all for a lovely visit!"
