"Had a hiccup with the airport shuttle but the front desk staff was very accommodating. Staff in hotel restaurant were less so, service was subpar at both meals. Enjoyed my dinner though! "

Eating establishments were few and far between but great proximity to the Inner Harbor with views from our room and so close to Camden Yards. We walked to the Orioles game. Great job, Sonesta! "

"Large clean room, efficient and friendly staff. Airport shuttle was fast, and we had great drivers. Restaurant had excellent food and service. Close to airport, and no need to go anywhere else. "
