There is a beautiful deck to see the beautiful creek, but most of the time we couldn't go out there, because they place ashtrays on all the tables. So that promotes all the stinky smokers to go out there and stink the place up, when they could go into the Smokers Lounge that is provided. Please remove those ashtrays out on your deck!!!"

"Our choice of the Hotel by Gold Dust was complete random. The main reason for selecting it was that it is located in Deadwood, SD, which we knew nothing about. What a fun place to stay! We were greeted by a friendly host and given all the information we needed to check in and park our car. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the amenities suited our needs. Nothing luxurious, but we didn’t expect luxury in a old time Western town. We are so happy we chose the Hotel by Gold Dust."
