Staff was great, loved the water park. Con was that the water park is so packed that it was impossible to find seating. As far as rooms, the bathroom door didn’t lock and the pillows were very uncomfortable. They didn’t have any guest info in the rooms which was unfortunate. Enjoyed our stay after a long week of traveling but overly expensive for what was experienced.
