"The property would benefit from a major renovation. The floors are uneven, and the carpet throughout the property is a tripping hazard. None of the ice machines were working, and the furniture in the lobby was stained. Unfortunately, our room was no better. The carpet was not clean and had a strong smell of urine. We later realized the odor was coming from multiple areas of the carpet. I brought this to the staff’s attention, but was told there were no other rooms available. At checkout, I mentioned the issue again and suggested the carpets be cleaned before the next guest. The receptionist showed little concern or urgency. Spending the night with the overwhelming smell of urine and visible stains made for a very unpleasant experience. Given that it was Easter weekend, there were no other accommodations available, or we would have left. There was not even an offer to provide a credit or any form of resolution. I would not recommend staying here."

"Spent 4 night at the hotel and as soon as i got there Zuriel was the one checking me in and he was not cool, being rude with both me and another costumer that was also checking in, first room they checked us in smelt like a strip club, and i asked for another room and had to pay an extra $20 a night, they also don't have enough tables breakfast, a lot of people had to grab the food and go back to their rooms to eat, and last but not least one night we had a power outage? had to sleep with no A/C and cold showers. Won't come back!"

"It had a great pool and hot tub area. The rooms all face a central Square, where the pool and hot tub bar are. It is spruced up with a lot of greenery. There’s a bar that stays open relatively late just next to the lobby a great property and good value. "

"The breakfast leaves a lot of room for improvement. It was not very good, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for. I wish the listing explained the proximity to railroad tracks. The hotel did prove complimentary ear plugs in each room, so that was nice. "
