"There was no hot water from the shower for 2 days in the room. There was also a condom underneath the bed side table that we only saw when doing final checks of the room before checking out. Disgusting. "

"The room was ok. We only stayed for one night. The room could probably used some updating. It smelled a little. We did not go through the front desk for check in. We did the check in kiosk they had in the lobby. It was easy and self explanatory. Overall it was an ok stay."

"Considering this was the shining gem of the strip for so long. The room did not live up to the hype. Glad we got the room at a reduced rate. Checked it off a bucket list but won’t need to come back."
