"We had an absolutely flawless stay. The hotel looks very new and is in a very nice part of the city. Our suite was super spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina."

"Very nice property. In-suite decor is up to par with other Sofitel properties. Can’t say the same about common areas. Some restaurant staff can use a bit more training, for example changing plates for guests when the plates are full. Good location. Inside the city wall and close to sites in the old city."

In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel."
