The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina."

"Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel."

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."
