"The hotel is in a great location in Bruges, very close to many squares where you can dine, drink or just taking in all the historical landmarks. The room and hotel was by far my favorite from our weeklong trip in Europe and the only regret was we wanted to stay a few more nights there. Beautiful large room, sitting areas on the main floor of the hotel with a picturesque bar and the options for the breakfast was amazing. "

The member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special nothing was too much trouble.. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every little touch thought of to make us feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels luxurious yet relaxed, elegant yet inviting. Whether we were enjoying the facilities, relaxing in our room, or exploring the surroundings, we felt completely cared for. "We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred the toilet and bathroom to be combined, but overall the facilities were good. I enjoyed the swimming pool, though the heated water could have been a little warmer. While there’s no onsite parking, the public parking next door was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service. Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor. "

"We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful."
