"Tracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. "
"I have stayed at Fernwood Manor for many years and the standards are always excellent. The staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is legendary and always freshly cooked. The gardens are immaculate and the poll - devine. I cannot recommend it highly enough ! "

The pictures do it very little justice. They offer breakfast every morning and it was very tasty. The property was extremely clean and quiet. It’s situated in a very convenient location, we opted to uber everywhere and the drivers had no problem finding the hotel. I can’t wait to visit Sea Star Rock...

"Excellent! Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner. Only two comments which did not bother us was that the room had no air-con but was very cool. Overhead fan and open windows were fine. The only other comment its that the road is quite busy and the odd train passes by but we would still definitely return!"
