9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,012 reviews)
I booked two of the same type of room on the same booking - king rooms, same price
Our room was small, bed from wall to wall, no room to manoeuvre around the bed or have a bedside table for drink, phone etc’ you had to climb over the other person to get out of bed
Our friends however with the same room, same price had a room double the size of ours - how could this be?
The cleanliness of the shower/toilet cubicle could also be improved
It tainted an otherwise pleasant stay in a great location

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,053 reviews)
The bed was clean and comfortable. The room itself was cutting edge, and it is a lot of fun to play with both the lighting effects as well as the blackout curtain. The rooms are small, and are not suitable for families unless the kids get a separate room. However, they make up in size for storage space and strategic layout. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. The location was heart of London a mere few blocks away from Buckingham Palace. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

"Hotel was very easy to get to with plenty of parking, lovely furniture and decor all around. To the rear of property was a small lake with Fish which you could feed if asked reception for food for them. Room was really clean and very good as it had both bath with shower and a seperate shower. Large ..."
