"The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean."

"Staff was very nice about allowing us to check in late - we called ahead and they were very accomodating. Overall this is a very rundown property and there are cockroaches. We slept with the lights on. If we could have, we would have left and found another place to stay but it was 12:30AM and that was not an option. People live here - it's not a regular hotel. There was noise from the hallway all night, a dog was barking and then kids were loud in the morning on their way to school. Do not recommend. "

"Kids and adults outside making noise, adults didnt go to bed til midnight, feltlike a crack hotel. No wonder this isnt a Motel 6 anymore. The smell of pot everytime you stepped outside. Bed hard as a rock, very uncomfortable stay. Parking was horrible to find spaces. We were in a corner room so lots of activity allnight. "

"Mattresses were very old. Everyone rolls to the center of the bed. (We were with another family in another room and they had the same problem.) Street noise (highway) was REALLY loud. Staff were most pleasant and food was good...thank you!"

"Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."
