I wondered if it would be quite small - it was a large portion & a fab salad after dinner coffee was good & again piping hot. Despite being in the countryside the hotel served about 65 covers Excellent hotel"

"The room was clean, but in need of some TLC. The lights did work, when the receptionist was told she came fiddled with the light bulbs, eventually they came back on. Once turned off they would not come back on. Very much felt that was an issue the hotel knew about, but had not fixed. The staff at breakfast were not welcoming. When the breakfast came the bacon and black pudding were not fully cooked. The sausage was poor quality and very peppery. Rather disappointing. Will not be staying again."
