Stayed here for a girls’ weekend and we had a great time. We had enough space for us and location is perfect to walk around the village. Staff were all helpful and nice.

I like the location, but it was to noisy to sleep in in the morning. When we arrive there were earplugs sitting on the nightstand and I thought oh no we’re not gonna have a good sleep. So I probably would not stay there again due to the noise factor in the morning.

For the price, this was a good location and property. Some small things were showing some age. But definitely clean and comfortable. Good view of pool so you didn’t have to guess on if it was full. Had a good view of the hill. Great central location. Good ski storage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff there were all friendly. The toilet lids are very dirty. The plates in kitchen are very dirty. The light on the stairs are broken. Both of the bath sinks are blocked. Unpleasant experience.

The hotel is in the heart of the Village, a few yards from excellent restaurants and shops. The accomodation provided a well appointed kitchenette and dining area, The bed and the pull-out couch were very comfortable and the heating was excellent.

Great location!! Room clean and cozy, met expectations. Unfortunately VERYYY noisyyy. Stayed there to ski, and people outside partying, etc kept us up to 2am both nights.. no bars neighboring, must have just been guests from The Keg restaurant that didn’t care there were people trying to sleep, 15 feet from where they were drinking / blasting music

Great stay for the price
Overall great stay at the Executive Inn Mountainside. We have a 4 month old baby with us and having the kitchenette in our studio room is really handy. A bit of a bare bones kitchen though (only 2 plates, cups, etc) but there's a dishwasher. Staff is super friendly and the new check in/out option by text message is really convenient! Also great location in the heart of the village. Hot tub was nice to use especially after a long day. Would appreciate having better pillows (quite old and lumpy), and if traveling with a stroller the only way in is through the underground parking.

The shower tube was very dirty and not clean. There is very dirty hair clug hanging at left out water stopper. Also sink water drainning is not working. After washing my face or brush my teeth, greasy bubble water fills up and pushed out from inside pipe. Very dirty and disgusting. Also kitchen sink does not drain well. Same greasy dirty water fills up. Unsafe and unsanitary.

A very nice spontaneous night away. Great room for the price. Pool and hot tub under maintenance but wouldn't have had time to use it. Staff was friendly.Would stay again!

Overall it’s was nice. Just somewhat disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. Also when asked for room cleaning and when we return the room was still not cleaned.

The staff are lovely and have great customer service. Upon checking in regards to parking the staff said “let me see if I have parking for you” which they did - but considering we booked and drove 2.5 hours I would assume there should be parking. The pool and hot tub were closed - we booked only one month out only to then get notified about the closures after booking. We stayed in a suite which was clean and well kept though definitely on the smaller side of things.
