"Great 1 night Stay, clean modern hotel. I wasn't made aware they'd left the Hotels.com (Expedia) VIP programme between booking and stay so I didn't get most of the benefits (e.g. room upgrade). They were going to charge for car parking which was shown as free for Gold members at the time of booking. I mentioned this and they honoured the free parking."
