8.6/10 Excellent! (12,149 reviews)
The hotel is old. We were late checking in - I pre-paid for a King Suite. Were told we were upgraded. Put in #801. Awkward room with stairs. No USB ports. Coffee maker is horrible. Could loudly hear the elevators mechanics right beside my head all night. Also were told food available until 3am. Went for food at 2:42 am and business said they close at 2:45. No food was available :(

The staff were exceptionally helpful before and during our stay. They upgraded our room to a suite due to our special occasion and it was beautiful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall very pricey, but the service and attentiveness is reflective of what you pay.
