Whether I was heading out to explore the hubbub or grab a bite at nearby restaurants, everything was just outside the door. The room was stylish, with little touches that make a stay feel special. "Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."

"Had a 1 night mid-week stay here & it was brilliant. From check in to leaving it was all done quickly & smoothly. The apartment was nice, comfy & spacious. Even though its part of a pub albeit next to not above it was really quiet & didnt hear a thing from the pub itself. The staff were really friendly & acomadating & so were the locals who frequent the pub. Would highly recommend staying in here to anyone & i certainly would again when in the area."

"The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."

"Wow, what an amazing place to stay in Whitby. Foxton Penthouse was central for us to have coastal walks and to walk into town. The apartment was very modern and had everything we needed to make our stay go well. Once in town you can cross the bridge and walk up the 199 steps to the Abbey. Or get the hop on hop off bus. The costumes of people dressed up in Gothic clothes added to our stay. "

"There was 7 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday, this accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you could think of that you would need for a weekend or even if you were there longer, the accommodation was exactly like the pictures showed. Very impressed and would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again - perfect 10/10"
