"The tv in our room did not work. We requested assistance on it and told us that she would have to go get us a new box and hook it up. She was super helpful but concerning that the tv boxes didn’t work. Eventually after an hour, we told her not to worry about it. The breakfast still had an hour left and most of the food was out with no staff around."
