Nice Hotel. Good area. Friendly staff. Bottom floors have direct access to parking lot from your room, which is perfect. Excellent in room kitchen area. A few room areas could be cleaner. Face cloth was stained from previous guest or whatever. Light switch in bathroom still had grease and dirt. Yuck. Overall good stay.

Overall I had no complaint. It was a comfortable stay. Amenities were good. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. I did with it had some pastries or muffins and more fruit than just apples.

The room that was on your website doesn’t exist. I booked the Superior Studio Suite. It was supposed to have two rooms. A king bed and a twin bed in a suite. I got to the hotel and they gave me a room with just a king bed. That was it. Thankfully they had another room with two queens but they were all in the same room, not a suite. The beds are far too soft and pillows too thick. I woke up with my neck feeling like I have whiplash. I woke up quite congested, probably from cleaners and the very dry air (not humidified). Other than that the room was good and spotlessly clean. The property was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast left something to be desired. There was some sort of baked omelette concoction that was swimming in liquid, so I never tried it. The tatertots were soggy-ish because the steam from the heated table was getting under the lid. The bacon and the egg patties were ok. The pancakes didn't taste like normal pancakes and were a bit doughy / rubbery.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was great, mattress was a bit hard for me. I don’t think the pancake maker in the breakfast room was working properly because the pancakes tastes like they had vinegar in them. The scrambled eggs also were not very warm. Overall, there were lots of other breakfast items to choose from including French toast to pop in the toaster!
