"Location is good. Room stinks. They mention that elbreakfast will be provided, however they don’t. Hotel says they are not sure of breakfast"

"They first tried to charge me extra saying I need to pay more than what I paid on Hotels.com. The hotel itself is a mess terribly dirty, uncomfortable and not worth the price. Mattress and toilets are pathetic. "

"The booking was done for Rs.620 per room per night for 2 adults. When I reached the hotel, they did not accept the booking. They said the rate is Rs.1500 per room; the recepetionist was not even ready to see the booking and not ready to share the property owner's contact number. She said she has informed about the revised tariff, but the online booking sites have not updated it. She simply turned a blind eye for whatever I said to her. Worst experience! I had to find another hotel at a higher...

" a. Bath room fan too noisy. Water slips up to the front of the door. b. Faucet leaks even though it looks upscale. c. They don't change towels everyday or even ask. d. A/C was spitting water, until called to clean the filter, and insisted on getting it cleaned right away. e. Looks like a typical Indian lodge. f. The staff were good, only consolation."

"I booked the stay through Expedia, wherein the property has advertised free breakfast included in the booking. However during the stay the staff at the property asked me to pay and they were not aware "free breakfast included" instruction as advertised online."
