Hamilton Island was an amazing, friendly and chilled place, with a beautiful setting. Even in peak season, it never felt crowded, nor expensive. The apartments are see facing, overlooking catseye beach and Whitsundays - amazing view. There is a swimming pool, which looked lovely, but didn't need to use, as the sea water was a lovely comfortable temperature, and calm. 5 star apartment resort! It was in excellent condition, modern luxury, very clean, great view, big and spacious, we love this place so much! Well worth the price!!! Dan at reception was so helpful, friendly and gave great service! Definitely will come back again!

The hotel and amenities were good and staff were friendly. But we had issues with hotel bandwidth when watching Netflicks in our room, it kept dropping, we had to restart 5 times in one movie.

Good location. Good beds. Good aircon. All my belongings were safe. I liked the bathroom for each cabin however we had a very temperamental shower that was stuck pointing at the wall. It was luck of the draw if you got it hot or cold. Breakfast was good however opened late and I had an early morning transfer so had to rush through it. Atmosphere was good and connecting hotel lots of fun. Great for backpackers.

Do note that there is no daily room cleaning service though, and guests are instructed to clear their own rubbish before check-out or face incurring additional fees.
