"The check-in process was easy and straightforward. The room was a bit warm when we arrived, but the air conditioner cooled it down quickly. The room was clean, spacious, and well-presented. The beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. An added bonus is that there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient."

"If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The India woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I was signing my paperwork, she literally tossed the pen at me. Even after I mentioned how disrespectful that was, her attitude did not improve. Things only got worse at checkout. We were only about 10 minutes past checkout time because we were loading our bags into the car, and she came outside to tell us to hurry up. There was no courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. The room itself was not much better. The bed had disgusting stains and cigarette burn marks, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, the staff tried to claim that I hadn’t paid for my stay. I had to pull up my reservation and payment confirmation on the app to prove that I had already paid. The only positive thing I can say is that the restroom was nice. Unfortunately, one decent bathroom does not make up for rude staff, poor customer service, and an unclean room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."
