Hotel is very tired, I was under the impression that I had booked a superior room however there was nothing superior about the room I stayed in, cracked toilet, cracked tiles just generally shabby.

We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable.
