"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Perfect to start walking in the Altstadt. 20-25 minutes walking to the bridge! Nice and quiet place in an old building with new renovate appartment. Enjoy the place!"

"Great location, walking distance to the train station and in a quiet area of the city. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Well furnished. Breakfast is good, if a bit pricey. The lobby area is perfect to take a break or get some work done."

"This was a great hotel at competitive rates. On the downside, even though this hotel is in the middle of the city and offers no "resort amenities" it still charges a "resort fee" so be prepared for that. Also, if your intention during your stay is to walk from the hotel to enjoy downtown Mannheim each day or night, you should instead get a closer hotel as this hotel is too far away to do that."

"The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again"
