"Our stay at the Truss hotel was absolutely extraordinary!! I’m from FL so I know about Disney hotels and hotels on I-Drive but this stay was second to none. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight was canceled due to the blizzard and they helped us in any way they could. More specifically shout out to the Miss in front desk Jessy. She was an angel and with all my years in customer service her service was so amazing words can’t even describe. "

"The staff was amazing!! Blizzard of 2026 hit and the staff kicked butt at helping us book our stay longer due to flight cancellations. They kept the breakfast just as yummy and our rooms stayed well kept. When we come back and visit we will definitely be staying here. It's so close to everything and quite even in Ti.es Square. "
