"Staff was amazing, the accommodations were nice, no AC so in summer it was slightly hot, but I only really came back to sleep. Getting to town you had to take a bus, so planning things in Interlaken was based around that. Breakfast was good and the area was quiet. "

"This was our first trip to the Jungfrau region and we spent four nights at the hotel Victoria Lauberhorn. We loved the area and the staff was highly accommodating to our needs, including my wife’s food allergies. The only thing I would do different is the choice of rooms. We chose the increased rate for a “panoramic view” which sounds amazing because there is so much beauty to look at. What they don’t mention is that the patio is shared by the entire first floor. Therefore, we had people walking by our windows a fair amount. I would’ve preferred a more private view where we could leave the windows open and enjoy the night air. Other than that, it was absolutely a great place to stay. "
